The Black Panther Movement - following the National Leadership of Yasúke Shakur - is a Black Nationalist , Pan Afrikan based organization that is dedicated to the proper education and liberation of our people worldwide. This organization is focused on integrity, principles, and well disciplined leadership in our communities. Our organizing and ideology is based on the foundation of our elders and ancestors, the Afrikan beliefs of unity and spiritually. We have two sides to our organization, our overall Movement and our Exclusive Movement Chapters. Please take time to view our content and learn what we do and who we are. Seven Point Program
1. BLACK UNITY: The Black Panther Movement’s mission is to unify our people, by way of organizing and actions, towards our national goal of self-determination and complete liberation for the masses of Black people (in this nation and all over the planet). The Black Panther Movement further demands Unity within the Black Family, Unity with the Black movement, and Unity inside the Black Community (the Black Nation).
2. POLITICAL ACTION: The Black Panther Movement is very politically active, and our politics are Black Power politics. The political tactics of our movement are revolutionary, Black Panther politics, in the mold of BPP legend Huey P. Newton, are designed to free us from the wicked rule of our oppressors. Our political ideology is Black Nationalism (like Malcolm X and Marcus Garvey taught and practiced) and Pan-Africanism (like Kwame Nkrumah and Robert Sobukwe taught and practiced.) In sum, “Revolutionary Pan-African Nationalism” is our political ideology, which means that 2 billion Blacks worldwide, must unite, and in every nation throughout the Diaspora, we shall take complete command and control of our people, our resources, and of our political destiny.
3. SPIRITUALITY: Black People, the true chosen people, are of Divine origin. We are the fulfillment of the prophecies of the Bible, Quran the Medu-Neter, and other sacred texts and writings. We believe in “God in the person of the Black Man and Woman (Goddess), and we believe in a Black Liberation Theology, as taught to us by Chairman and Minister Khallid Abdul Muhammad. A Black Panther teaches religion to liberate and unite, rather than to separate and divide. The Black Panther movement seeks to clean up the Black Community (the Black Nation) and we shall set a professional, moral example and a good code of conduct for our people.
4. EDUCATION: Black People, the original people, must “Know Thyself”. The Black Panther Movement demands of our people, a complete re-education on all subjects relevant to our total liberation as people. We, as a people, shall unlearn all the lies and falsehoods the enemy has taught us. We shall further learn the sciences of technology, construction and engineering, genetics, modern industrialization, medicine and good health, business and trade, military warfare, and all subjects relevant to nation-building. The Black Panther Movement shall be strong on the college campuses, in the mold of Stokley Carmichael (Kwame Ture) from Howard University/HU Law School.
5.SELF DEFENSE: The Black Panther Party was founded upon the principle that Black People must assert their inherent Divine rights to self-defense and self-preservation. The Black Panther movement demands that Black people be well-trained and lawfully armed for self-defense of ourselves, our families, and our nation. Our movement further demands that we as a people enact the most urgent of necessary actions and remedies to combat genocide, self-homicide, fratricide, police brutality, and any, and all efforts to wipe out our people.
6. JUSTICE: The Black Panther Movement is opposed to injustice and harm being done to Black folks, wherever that injustice is occurring. The duty of the Black Panther is to fight and organize injustices and atrocities being perpetrated against our people. A Black Panther shall be knowledgeable about their legal rights, particularly in dealing with the police, and able to inform others. A Black Panther must know how to go behind colonial, “enemy lines” and use skill to fight for justice in the mold of Attorney Chokwe Lumumba, Esq., Black Lawyer for Justice. Justice demands the freedom of all prisoners from BPP and BLA and other revolutionary movements.
7. SELF-DETERMINATION / REPARATIONS: Black people shall have self-determination, and we shall take complete control over our lives and destiny, here in theirs nation across the Diaspora. Black People shall seize control over our resources and minerals; we shall seize control over our lands and territories; we shall have control and the benefit of the money we spend; we must dominate the business and the economy of our community. Importantly, Black people shall take command of our lives, our families and the areas we presently live in. Black peoples (Afrodescendants), victims traceable by lineage to our Holocaust in America are overdue full and complete Reparations. Black people in the western hemisphere are due Reparations . Black people worldwide shall achieve reparations for the atrocities and abuses of colonialism and imperialism a every other crime the white man has committed against our people on the planet.
